While we can technically work with just your PTC Login, we highly recommend linking a Google or Facebook login to your account first. Even if it’s a random or newly created one. PTC-only Logins can be unstable or difficult to access during high traffic or account lockouts. Orders using only PTC may take up to 24 hours to complete, depending on server issues or login delays. In some cases, if the account proves too difficult to work with, we may have to cancel and refund the order. Having a social login linked makes your account much more stable and gives us the ability to safely disconnect our loaner logins afterword
