TERMS OF SERVICE UPDATED NOVEMBER 3, 2025

These TERMS OF SERVICE govern your access to and use of PoGo All‑In‑One Services (“PoGoAIOS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1) DEFINITIONS

“Services” means our digital offerings, including XP farm bundles, raid services, event packages, coin top‑ups, account services, custom 24‑hour work, and subscriptions. “Site” includes our website and any pages we control on marketplaces and social platforms. “Order” means a purchase of Services from us.

2) ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNTS (18+)

• Our Services are available to individuals age 18+ only. By ordering, you represent you are at least 18 and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Some Services require temporary access to your Pokémon GO @cc0unt. You authorize us to access and act within your @cc0unt solely to deliver the purchased Service. You remain responsible for maintaining security of logins, enabling/pausing 2FA, and changing credentials after completion.
• Do not log in while we are actively working unless we explicitly say it is safe. Concurrent access can corrupt progress and void guarantees.

3) ORDERS & PERFORMANCE WINDOWS

• Estimated timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may shift based on in‑game events, server status, and your device/platform constraints.
• Communication channels: we will primarily use email or D!$c0rd (@revilonos) tied to your Order.
• If an Order becomes impossible (e.g., game changes, caps), we’ll offer an equivalent alternative, partial pro‑rata refund, or store credit per the Refund Policy.

4) PAYMENTS, TAXES & PRICING

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes/fees are calculated at checkout based on your location; we collect/remit where required (e.g., NC sales tax where applicable).
• Payments are processed by third‑party processors (e.g., PayPal, card networks). Processor terms apply. Where the processor retains fees on refunds, those fees may be non‑refundable to you except where law requires otherwise. See our Refund Policy for details.

5) REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

6) SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle; benefits continue until period end.
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 14 days’ notice. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.

7) ACCEPTABLE USE & RISK

• Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to violate another party’s rights.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable third‑party rules. We are not responsible for enforcement actions by third parties and make no guarantee against them.

We are not affiliated with Niantic, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Nintendo. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

10) DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Service.

11) DISPUTE RESOLUTION (BINDING ARBITRATION; SMALL‑CLAIMS CARVE‑OUT)

• Any dispute will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration under the FAA, administered by the AAA under its Consumer Rules. Venue: Wake County, NC.
• Either party may bring an individual action in small‑claims court. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived.
• You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing us with subject “Arbitration Opt‑Out”.

12) CALIFORNIA CONSUMER RIGHTS NOTICE (CIVIL CODE §1789.3)

13) EU/UK CONSUMER INFORMATION (DISTANCE CONTRACTS)

• EU/UK consumers generally have a 14‑day right to cancel distance service contracts. If you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge you will lose the right to cancel once performance begins, you will not have the statutory withdrawal right for the performed portion.

14) CHANGES & CONTACT
