This PRIVACY POLICY explains how PoGo All‑In‑One Services LLC ("PoGoAIOS", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information across our website, checkout, support, and sales channels (including eBay). It also describes your rights and how to exercise them.
1) WHO WE ARE & SCOPE
Controller: PoGo All‑In‑One Services LLC, North Carolina, USA. This policy covers pogoaios.com and our owned touchpoints. Third‑party platforms (e.g., payment processors, marketplaces) provide their own privacy notices.

- Identifiers/Contact: name/handle, email, phone, Discord handle, shipping address (if needed), IP address, device IDs.
- Order & Payment: items purchased, amount, timestamps, tax, transaction IDs, and payment status. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Account Access (service delivery): temporarily provided game credentials strictly to perform the service; purged or rotated after completion.
