SHIPPING & DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY UPDATED NOVEMBER 3, 2025

Most PoGoAIOS products are digital services (no physical shipment). This policy explains how we deliver, typical timelines, and rare cases where we ship physical items.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

  • Processing window: Orders placed 9:00–22:00 ET are queued same‑day whenever possible; overnight orders are handled next day.
  • Communication: We confirm via email and/or Discord using the contact supplied at checkout. Please whitelist @pogoaios.com.
  • Access windows: Some services require temporary game account access. Do not log in during active sessions unless we confirm.
  • Completion notice: We’ll message you when delivery is complete. Change credentials after completion.

PHYSICAL SHIPMENTS (RARE)

  • Carriers: USPS/UPS with tracking; rates shown at checkout when applicable.
  • Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a deliverable address. Address changes may delay delivery or incur a fee.
  • Loss/Damage: Risk of loss passes on carrier hand‑off. If a package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days for claim assistance.

DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., game outages, rate‑limits, platform changes, carrier disruptions). If a target becomes unavailable, we’ll offer a comparable substitute, a pro‑rata refund, or store credit per our Returns Policy.
